Full Body Strength: Providing the foundations of lifting weights and using gym equipment to build a strong body & develop confidence on the gym floor.

Leg PWR: It’s an attack on the lower body as the energy hits an all-time high - the true POWER HOUR! One of our most popular classes, legs is served as the main course with a side of legs, and guess what’s for dessert… yep you guessed it… legs!
