Need to give your body a little TLC after working so hard in the gym. Add our Recovery package on and get 1x NormaTec Therapy session 1x Infrared Sauna session per week and one Cryotherapy session per month.

Please Coach Me: $88/session

Want extra training?

Train one-on-one with our qualified trainers and have them coach, push, and motivate you more than you may be able to do yourself and reach your full potential.

Cool Me Down: $92/session

Help repair muscles, aches, pains and more plus aiding in weight-loss, this 3 minute session in our Cryotherapy chamber is the perfect add to your fitness regime.

Keep Going.

After your 28 days is done, you will no doubt be feeling and looking stronger and healthier. To keep your results going, the transformation will automatically roll into our Gym and Classes membership at $45/week.
